This green home interior design project resulted in the following:

• It is possible to build green homes with an equivalent cost to regular homes. Added green passive features promote lower energy consumption, thus reduced electric bills.

• A good balance of Filipino indigenous materials and vernacular furnishings designed with clean and modern lines can clearly adapt to today’s family lifestyle.

• Being intrinsic to its location, the project expressed its situation in a tropical country with the use of warm hues like oranges, reds, and browns without being too organic or too vernacular looking.
